Return policy


Provisions for product exchange/return


–  You have 10 days to return the defective merchandise for exchange without any charge if the defect(s) are from original manufacture. The merchandise should be returned in original packaging material with proper labels, coupon, and NOT being used. The returned merchandise should include the original purchase invoice.


–  You will be allowed to exchange for other commodities with a value equivalent to or higher than the exchanged product (as long as customer is willing to pay for the difference in price).


–  Party Zone does not have a policy to refund cash to customers but will take back the product and credit the customer for the amount (minus 15% re-stocking fees) for the next purchase.


–  You can make the exchange directly at the main store or return the merchandise via postal service. Do not send the merchandise back without contacting PartyZone first for a RMA (Return merchandise authorization). Afterwards you will receive an email from PartyZone for the credit and then you can place your online order again at PartyZone’s website.
